FINAL blog post.

A challenging aspect of this project was to try answering the quesitons.
Things that went well for me in this project were finding information about Mary Cassatt. She seemed to be a known artist. There was certain information that I wanted to have that I couldn't find, so that didn't go so well.

This project should be taught in 9th grade because it helps our researching skills. It really made me think.

Well now, all that's left to do is present. So hopefully I don't stutter like 500 times. :)

My analysis so far is going okay. I should probably have more done than I do. So I'm going to keep working on that right now. Ha this was a boring blog.

BLOG numbaaa 5.

In my project I'm at the point where I need to try to fit in the essential questions and try answering them. I probably need to do some more research though.

I think the time limit should be changed to 5-7 minutes because then people won't have to worry about jamming in a bunch of information that they don't need if the time limit was more. And I get really nervous talking in front of a big group of people, so the smaller the time limit, the happier I am because that's the shorter amount of time I will be stuttering and having my face turn all red in front of everyone.

AH

I'm so confused right now ahhhhhhhhh.
This website said that Mary Cassatt's parents wanted their children to experience artwork, when another website said that her parents were against her becoming an artist.
SO CONFUSING. I need to look through a lot more websites to see what's going on.

Poppies in a Field

My piece of art is Poppies In A Field by Mary Cassatt. Mary Cassatt's parents didn't want her to become an artist. She had to stop painting around 1914 because of near blindness. On Friday I'm going to find out why her parents didn't want her to be an artist. You would think that parents would want you to go for your dreams, and if they didn't they should have an extremely good reason.

yeahhhh.

I used different search engines today. I found the resources useful. I learned a lot about this artist named Mary Cassatt. She painted a piece called "Poppies in a Field" and I think this is the piece I'm going to do. I just like it and I don't really know why right now. So YAYYY! I finally got a piece picked out!

My first postttt.

I have seen some pretty interesting pieces of art so far. I haven't chosen one to research yet, but I have a few in mind. It's going to be hard for me to choose one though. Ahhh, I have no idea which one I'm going to do. I don't have any questions. My next step is going to be to pick one piece of art and start researching it.
